Once again I have had the opportunity to network with another passionate vendor, Marney of Marney Cakes. It was a very enlightening and tasty meeting, she introduced me to one of her many cakes. All I could say was that it was wonderful.
Marney White has been creating beautiful and great tasting cakes for 24 years. She founded Marney Cakes in March of 2008 in Oceanside, NY. The beauty of an occasion cake is important to Marney, but even more important is the taste of her cakes. From the first mouthful, your cake experience has gone to another level. Quality is paramount, there are no artificial ingredients found in Marney's cakes. No artificial ingredients or colors; she finds creative and natural ways of bringing color to her cakes. To give your cakes the fullest attention Marney only books maximum of 3 events per weekend, advance booking is strongly recommended. Marney Cakes also specializes in vegan, gluten-free,lactose-free and nut-free cakes.
Maui Coconut Cake with pineapple buttercream filling
Marney Cakes presents traditional buttercream, Italian meringue buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, and handmade fondant. The buttercream flavors include but are not limited to chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, almond, apricot, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, lemon, key lime, cherry, pineapple, coconut…the possibilities are limited only by imagination. If nuts are requested, only the freshest certified organic pecans, walnuts, pistachios, etc are used. She has introduced Jamaican rum cake to her menu.
